I’ve been thinking of something to share for free for a while now, and this might be just the thing. A really useful way to frame ADHD that I talk to all my clients about in our first sessions, and some actions you can take away to make the most of the session. I’ve also put a worksheet together so you don’t have to take your own notes - it’s what I’d want!

All adults with ADHD or who think they might have it welcome- looking forward to seeing you there.

Very excited to meet everyone joining the course on Thursday - just 2 days to go until we start!

After coming to this course you will be able to relate to your ADHD like a coach does, whether you are diagnosed or not. We will explore what your ADHD strengths are and how to work with them. And it will be focused on you - I will be working with a brilliant creative facilitator to make sure the sessions are as interactive as you want them to be and fly by.

The idea for this course came from the impact my ADHD coaching training had on my own ADHD. I've teamed up with a brilliant Creative Facilitator to get the best of what ADHD Coaches learn into four live sessions. You will come away knowing more about your ADHD and how to work to your strengths. And you don't have to have a diagnosis to come along - most adults who have ADHD traits don't!

What does time feel like for you?
Getting to know more about my different experience of time with ADHD has helped me see things coming a bit earlier! Or just explain quite how much pain I feel waiting in queues....

When you have ADHD, you don't get to choose to pay attention to things that don't spark your interest. The ADHD brain needs stimulation to work at its best.

We've seen this in the latest studies - when ADHD brains are given interest or motivation to complete a task they light up in all the areas that allow them to sustain attention and solve complex problems.

So if you can find the things that motivate, inspire, and interest you, your ADHD brain will go and go and go.
