KOVALIUS is a London based duo consisting of Giuliano Osella (Drums, Percussion and Live FXs) and Nikola Kovačević (Keys, Synth bass, Live Loops and FXs).

Meeting within London’s vibrant music scene they have embarked on a sonic journey that takes audiences through an immersive experience, exploring their shared love of deeply soul affirming grooves, spacial melodic soundscapes and pulsating bass frequencies.

The name ‘Koozum’ is inspired by a warm, affectionate term from the lands of Turkey and Greece, where ‘Kuzum’ means ‘my lamb’ or ‘my dear.’ This is how I feel about the food I prepare. Caravan Al Yasmeen is a new innovative, Middle Eastern ensemble, formed by Anita Munson, a clarinettist and Mario Christofi on oud, guitar and percussion. This unique ensemble brings classical Middle Eastern and music from the Mediterranean with guest singer Hara Ioannidou.

Anita has always been interested in music from Europe, the Mediterranean and more recently discovered the beauty of Middle Eastern music. Her unique sound on the clarinet combined with the exceptionally talented musicians Mario Christofi and Jamie Benzies on bass, makes for an unparalleled, creative arrangement of music of the Ottoman Era and of the music of composers such as Munir Bashir and Baligh Hamdi.

Saied is a Palestinian composer and oud player born in Shafaa`mr, a city located in the lower Galilee of occupied Palestine. He began training in classical piano at the age of four, before moving onto the oud in his early teens in order to delve deep into the nuances at the base of Arabic music.

Silbak went on to train at the Beit Almusica Conservatoire where he later taught, before studying Music and Psychology at the university of Haifa and then completing his Masters at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, where he is currently based.

He has a unique understanding of different types of music, from Arabic, Turkish and Indian to classical Western styles. Silbak’s signature sound, created through his artful ability to fuse these styles together, has seen him perform around the world at festivals and concert series in the UK, Belgium, France, Palestine, Morocco, Argentina and beyond.

His collaborations with both Church Andrews and Kourosh Kanani showcase his exceptional versatility and technical proficiency, making him a sought-after figure in experimental music circles.

Completing this trio of musical brilliance is Sumanth Manjunath, a prodigy in the world of Indian classical violin. Hailing from a prestigious musical lineage, Sumanth has performed at over 22 prestigious venues across 12 countries, earning acclaim as one of the youngest solo performers to grace global stages. His performances blend Indian classical traditions with influences from Western classical, jazz, and global genres, creating a unique sound that bridges cultures. Sumanth’s recent European tours and upcoming collaborations underscore his dedication to pushing the boundaries of Indian classical music.
