Hailed as “a spectacular, mesmerising fiddler” by Songlines Magazine, Zoë Aqua is an American klezmer musician with a longtime passion for folk music from the Transylvania region of Romania. In her first-ever solo set in London, she’ll share an intimate program of both traditional and original tunes, with appearances from some special guests.

Yesterday, we were swept away by the incredible sounds of Traveler Trio — a musical journey across Anatolia, the Balkans, and the Mediterranean.

Adrien Braud (clarinets, bansuri), Jabbaristan (percussion), and Salih Korkut Peker (electric-acoustic cümbüş) blended Turkish folk, blues, manouche, and more into a stunning cross-genre performance that lit up the evening at DB Music.

Traveler Trio

A trio from 3 travelling musicians... Adrien Braud, Jabbaristan and Salih Korkut Peker, bring their “multi-genre musical knowledge” together. They play traditional songs and own compositions, inspired from Anatolia, Balkans and Mediterranean.
Turkish folk, blues, manouche, swing and many other styles come together from a long travel.

It used to be a piano shop and vinyl recording store, and we’re proud to carry that legacy forward — today as a home for live music, instruments, records, and our buzzing café bar.
