Strong work ladies. Trap-tastic work as we continue to immobilise those hands, before continuing upon our merry way with a rapid fire combo to finish the job. Taking those same sets from a variety of scenarios; offense, defence and from the traps. All roads lead back to ABC/Attack by Combination. Great energy

Nicely done ladies as our Jun Fan season continues to blossom. Working traps, cross counters, and lead attacks. All routes leading back to the same, irresistible, and repeatable combo, that youβll no doubt be doing in your sleep. Repetition is where the gold lies. Great job ππ»

Jun Fan-tastic work ladies. Strong start to our new months theme. High reps with a solid go to combo, preceded with; trapping, defence or simply offensive. All rounds lead to the same finishing set. Less thinking, more action. A solid foundation to build upon this month β―οΈππ»β―οΈ

Strong work ladies as Jun Fan June springs into action. High reps to get going on the front foot. Working step and slide footwork, basic trapping, and jab defence ( Jun Fan 1 series). Isolating each principle on the pads, naturally adding Attack by Combination into the mix. Reps reps and more reps πππ

A final flash of clinch, 4D box and some manipulations before cracking on with striking. Simple sets, with an emphasis on breath and explosiveness. Even a fairly polite temperature by recent standards. Great work !

Our final session anchored in 4D Combat, so fairly fast paced. More clinch play, tuning into that sense of touch and being grabbed and responding accordingly, Big rounds with plenty of blitzβs to finish up. Great work,

Hitting the reps and putting all those that came before to good use. Clinch play looking nice and fluid. 4D box worked at whatever level your previous experience allowed. Taking options from each of the 4 contact points to liven it up and get free from the drill itself. Big pad rounds resting each of the attributes at play.

Big energy as our exploration of 4D combat goes deeper. More reps on the box structure, before honing in on the cross. A few options, but not enough to overwhelm. Not being hit is the priority. Working these, and more on the pads to add that extra zing. Great work, and a great start to the weekend

Bit of grabbing action to get moving with wrist pummelling. Less about techniques per se, more about the energy, sensitivity, and just letting go. From here, we got more reps on our 4D box structure, with our primary focus landing on the cross. A bunch of options from here, but really just looking at the principle of holding your ground (fight) or evasion (flight). Finishing, as always, smashing the pads for the win ππ»

Our sparring workshop gave the opportunity to test these principles in flight. Progressively building up, from ensuring a functional guard is in place, then testing it in isolation. Moving through these technical rounds to battle test the principle of the 4D box. Again, worked in isolation then in free sparring. Ending with open rounds, but with the intention of working the box principle. Great, energy, great control, big smiles, just as it should be.
