Last week we were working on our exam prep and also playing the exciting role of ‘LAMDA Examiner’ helping each other with the pieces and practicing giving feedback in a supportive and positive way 👏

The battle of the buzzy bees 🐝 working on our physical theatre and building those collaboration and creativity skills! Always so impressed by the original and creative ideas our students come up with 💡

Y7 decided to have some fun with the costume cupboard today which meant we had to do improv along with our exam prep. Dragon’s Den like you haven’t seen it before ✨🪩

Another brilliant showcase this week for our amazingly confident and talented Y6 class who were total professionals 🌟

Wow 🤩 we are so proud of all our Y3 & 4 performers who performed in their showcase last week. Their confidence flooded light and energy into the hall and their detailed characterisations made us all laugh too ✨

Working on some powerful monologues today - exploring objectives and tactics and portraying the emotional journey of a character 🎭

Happy Friday! We had some exceptional performances today exploring place and time. We had no truces in the trenches, sibling bonding in modern day London and some fun improvs with Shrek, Veruca Salt and Ariana Grande having a party together 🎭

Congratulations to everyone who took a LAMDA exam in March - we are immensely proud of you! 👏

LAMDA TEACHERS & TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED - PUTNEY

Looking for experienced and passionate Speech & Drama Teachers for weekly LAMDA sessions in year group bubbles.

The position will start W/C 13th April and consist of weekly Drama sessions in a lovely prep school in Putney.

Tuesday – Year 3 - 12:50 - 1:20pm
Wednesday – Year 2 - 12:05 - 12:35pm & Year 4 - 12:50 - 1:20pm
Thursday – Year 6 - 12:50 - 1:20pm

You must have a valid clean DBS certificate, teaching experience and the ability to engage young children in groups with fun, creative and expressive lessons.
