This season has been a beautiful reminder of new beginnings—I just returned from my daughter's wedding, and it’s been incredible to share in that joy as we both embrace our exciting new chapters.

I spent 20 years in leadership only to realize I was sacrificing my time for a security that didn't exist. Today, I’m choosing autonomy, purpose, and a career that scales with my ambition—not my stress levels.
