We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

This morning we had a wonderful time exploring the zoo out in the garden! We used our imaginations to create exciting zoo adventures, caring for animals, building habitats and learning about different animals from around the world.

Through play, the children developed their communication, creativity and social skills while having lots of fun.🦓🦒

Join us for a very special Book Fair at Abingdon Kindergarten this July.

From 6th–16th July, we’re open every weekday from 9am to 5pm, giving families the chance to drop in and explore a wonderful world of children’s books. In partnership with Next Page Books, we’ll have a carefully curated selection of storybooks to spark imagination and inspire young readers.

We know not every family has easy access to a bookshop filled with beautiful children’s literature – so we’re bringing that experience directly to you.

You’ll find us at Abingdon Kindergarten, 43 Loyd Close, Abingdon, OX14 1XR.

A big thank you to the parents who joined us for our garden day on Saturday. We greatly appreciate your time, effort and support in helping us to improve our garden area.

Your support made a wonderful difference and together we created a beautiful outdoor space for the children to explore, learn and enjoy. It was lovely to see our nursery community working together and sharing such a positive experience🪴

The children in Flamingo and Ladybug rooms had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy Goldilocks and the Three Bears in a unique and engaging way. We brought the magic of theatre into our classroom, transforming story time into an interactive experience.

We believe that stories can be shared in many different ways, helping children develop a love for books. This time, children watched the classic tale come to life through the use of shadow puppets. The captivating puppet movements and narration sparked their imagination and encouraged them to engage deeply with the story.
