We are back!!! Our Women Only Self-Defence course is back for another term from September 22nd at Anerley Town Hall.
If you’ve missed any of the previous courses, come along. If you’ve been and want to perfect your skills, or advance your skills, come along. If you’ve heard from someone else how great it is, come along & see for yourself.

Two weeks ago, on the hottest day of the year, we delivered our 2nd office based self-defence for women & I think it’s safe to say the ladies thoroughly enjoyed the session!

We now offer ‘Women only office-based self-defence workshops’ in and around London and beyond, and have received some brilliant feedback since starting earlier this month.
If your workplace may be interested in giving some ladies some new skills and confidence in defending themselves, please do get in contact via DM or email.

So proud to see the confidence and techniques these ladies have developed so quickly. Some will even be going on to work towards getting their belts!
