Protein T O A S T š„°
It is so easy to make and tastes so good!

All you need is:
ā¢Toast
ā¢Protein Powder
ā¢Natural yoghurt
ā¢Berries
ā¢Fruits( I use banana and love mango)
ā¢Dark Chocolate
ā¢Egg whites
ā¢Coconut oil( use whichever you like)
___________________________________
Mix egg whites with protein powder. You can go to my click and use my code MLastovskaja10 for 10% discount or use whichever protein you like. I just love mine š
Soak toasts with in it and put on the pan with coconut oil. I use trace of coconut oil.
Once toasts ready I dress it with yoghurt which I mix with protein. I usually use for it a different flavour protein.
Add berries, fruits, choc and enjoy!

You are what you do.
I hear people saying I follow diet 100% but I canāt see results.
No!!
You are not following you are lying to your own self. The thing is that you donāt even have to follow 100%. You have to have approx. 80% high quality food and 20% of s**t and give yourself more time.

You donāt train. You are lying to your own self.
It is impossible to do things right and not to see results.

Why I am saying this? Because Iāve been there. I was saying I am not seeing results and doing everything. And I was lying to myself, same as you do now. I want to help you to change( because thatās what you want, right?)

Thereāre two options:
1. You are lying to your own self because it is easier for you.
2. You do everything right just donāt give yourself time and want to see results much quicker than it actually possible.

Have you ever had to pause your weightlifting because of health?
If yes, you have to understand how annoying itās. Well, to pause, doesnāt mean to stop.

Remember, whatever is happening in your life you always have a SOLUTION. You may not just see it.

In my case, I had a little eye surgery which forced me not to lift weights for 2 weeks. I could not to do anything right?
But no way!! Iām very active person and canāt understand how people can do nothingš³š³

I donāt like running but thatās the option for me now which Iām going foršāāļøšāāļø

Due to reduced dancing and gym( which is so difficult for me as both activities are part of me) My solution for 2 weeks isš
