Confidence is a craft.

As the year draws to a close, I’ve been taking some time to reflect on my work as a LAMDA tutor and actor — and how my teaching has evolved this year.

The word that keeps coming up for me is allowing.

Allowing students to trust that they are already enough.
Allowing communication to land without pushing.
Allowing the work to become smaller, more personal, and more impactful.
