What happens with limiting beliefs?

We tend to ignore evidence that contradicts our existing limiting beliefs.

And we tend to find evidence which supports them.

What can we do to avoid this?

- Notice where you limit yourself.

- Assume that your hypothesis is wrong.

- Replace the negative belief with the opposite, positive one.

- Act in accordance with your new, positive belief.

- Start seeing amazing results.

In 2023, will you move away from things, or toward things?

Think about all the goals that you want to achieve next year, are they set to move yourself:

- toward what you want to gain pleasure?

Or

- away from what you don't want to avoid pain?

Both directions can lead to success in life, however if we purely act from a place of pain or fear, there's something to work on.

Pause and ask yourself: what am I running away from?

Then reframe your goal in a positive way: what do I want instead?
