We’re happy to announce that H6 has been awarded an EXPECTED rating for Achievement in our latest Ofsted Report Card.

Ofsted acknowledged good progress in student outcomes across academic, technical and vocational pathways, noting that “nearly all learners progress to positive destinations that match their interests and career ambitions.”

At H6, it’s not just about grades – we celebrate every success on your journey. Whether that’s A-Levels, T-Levels, BTECs or other vocational pathways, we’re committed to helping you achieve more than you thought possible.

We’re pleased to announce that H6 has been awarded an EXPECTED rating by Ofsted for Participation & Development.

At H6, we don’t only teach subjects – we build confidence, resilience and ambition. Our students learn to express themselves and seek opportunities to grow into the person they’re capable of becoming.

That’s why we’re so thrilled the report praised the range of enrichment opportunities and the culture of care that underpins the student experience, noting that, “learners gain confidence and independence through high quality trips, talks and employer encounters”.

We’re happy to report that Ofsted has awarded us an EXPECTED rating for Inclusion.

Inspectors highlighted the college’s commitment to SEND provision and its strong support for students with additional needs. They noted that “learners with high needs are fully integrated and make friends across the college” and benefit from staff who “foster a highly inclusive culture rooted in deep understanding of the community.”

At H6, every young person matters, no student goes unnoticed – and every individual is valued for who they really are. Because we believe that when students feel included and accepted, they shine.

Inspectors highlighted that young people “are well supported and consistently achieve positive destinations aligned with their career goals”, benefiting from teachers who “use tailored support to ensure learners with high needs meet their potential”.
