WINTER YINDULGENCE🧘🏽‍♀️Sunday, January 15, 3:30 - 6 PM. This workshop is part of a series of 4 seasonal Yin Yoga workshops that reflect each season and our relationship to our environment. Our Yin Yoga practice can help us to be in harmony with the season and at peace in our bodies. Can be bought separately or as part of a set of 2 or 4 Yindulgence workshops.

In our Yin practice, we typically hold postures for 3 to 5 minutes occasionally longer, often using props to support the body. We allow our muscles to relax so that we can target the deeper connective tissues of the body.

As well as the physiological benefits of relaxing and letting go, the emotional and psychological benefits are huge. Treat yourself to a cooling, calming extended Yin Yoga practice to find harmony in body and mind.
