“It is very important to train people, but it is also essential to give them an understanding of what they can reach and the possibility they have.
Most people don’t think they can become food and beverage managers from a waiter position. But we are here to put the seeds so that our students can climb all the way up to the top, and only with knowledge and capabilities, they can understand their potential.
The most significant part of this project is that students are not only studying the theory, which is already extremely important for their growth, but they can prove themselves on the ground with us. This will give restaurant owners a full understanding of their talent and allow them to individuate the right person to push forward in the industry.
I can’t wait to see these students and understand their talents.”
