Today in Preschool wood work class, the children became young designers and makers as they followed step by step instructions to create their own bird box. With supervision they were introduced to glue gun safety, developing an understanding of using tools and importance of following instructions in order to stay safe. 🪵🧰🐦

We took the babies out to post a letter and visit the train station. Learning through everyday adventures and inspiring curious little minds with real world experiences! 📮👶🚂

Last night we hosted a readiness for reception workshop evening. We discussed how working in partnership with our parents would support our children to be ready for their next stage in their development.

Today we took our preschoolers to Charlton house for their nature school! They visited a sensory garden practicing gross motor skills by climbing trees exploring the natural phenomena. They also did an observation looking at bright vibrant flowers and drew them! 💐🌳

We took the children to mudchute farm for them to explore, provide multi-sensory experiences ,which help with their development, and taught them how to treat animals with kindness, encouraging empathy.
