Piers is a business owner and like many his health deteriorated

He played high level rugby and was a sprinter. The last person that would ever be out of shape

He could never imagine being overweight but when on Holliday in Sicily he saw a photo of himself that was a reality check

Being a busy entrepreneur and going through a divorce has allowed him to put his health last

Athletic, strong and training BJJ 3 times a week all while running as successful business
