Spending time outdoors and camping has been so healing for me and my children.
Nature heals and builds you up again without you even realising it.
It has built strength and courage for me to take the next difficult yet necessary steps in my life.
Life is like a puzzle and when you look back you realise why you had to walk the road you walked.
Taking time to nurture yourself wherever that may be to you is not treating yourself, it’s fundamental and necessary.
