✅ You are unhappy with the lack of progress in your training, even after months and months of effort and trying to do your old workouts - what do you call someone who keeps doing the same thing over and over again but sees no results?? Something has to change
✅ You are willing to listen and be coached…no ignorant people who think they know it all - you have to be willing to take on information and implement it to change your life.
✅ You need to drop 15-25 pounds but can’t imagine going on another bland, restrictive diet.
✅ You are ready to have me hold you accountable to the plan every day. Accountability is the foundation of this program.
