Learn to fight for screen with axe, sword and shield in this two day screen combat masterclass featuring guest instructor from Vikings.
Arm yourself for the industry by learning the fundamentals of Axe, shield and Sword in our Masterclass at our central London space, The Ugly Duck, near Tower Bridge. Learn from our experienced fight team and get high quality footage of your new skills. In addition to the normal course we will also have a guest instructor from History Channels Vikings giving their knowledge of working and fighting on the series.

Day 1 : Under the instruction of the Upper Cut Fight Team, get to grips with the weapon system whilst learning how to manoeuvre your body for camera. We will also help you to develop your skills with the weapon so that it becomes an extension of your acting, achieving the best results for fighting on set.
Day 2: You will put your new skills into practice on camera , getting the chance to fight with your partner with your own choreography.
With years of experience in film, television and live stunt shows, the Upper Cut Fight Team will coach you to get the best results possible, preparing you for your career as a screen fighter.
The recordings of your final fights will be cut together and made available for you to use as fight reels and for socials.

Every part of the sword can be used as a weapon when you're fighting with a longsword, the favourite staple of any medevil battle sequence.
