Trinity Hall Kindergarten

So far this term we have been learning all about the childrens cultural heritage, flags and their families, we have also covered Autumn, Divali, fireworks and Guy Fawkes, Remembrance Day, and we are now moving on to learn about hedgehogs and hibernation. Included are some photos of the activities that have been available to the children covering the 7 areas of the EYFS

The animal workshop mobile zoo came to visit us yesterday . The children met the meerkat’s first “Sunny and Stewart” , a tortoise called “Lulu”, a fat tailed gerbil called “Dorito”.We learned that we don’t touch animals on their head and to touch them softly.Then met “Bailey”the big fluffy rabbit,”Stella” a bearded dragon and if we wanted to could stroke her very carefully towards her tail. Then we met “Blossom” the skunk and learned all about skunks 🦨
Then it was “Jeff” the fluffy ginea pig and we could hold him on our lap if we wanted to.
Next was “Speedy” the African land snails.
Last but not least “Bruno” the python.
All the children sat so nicely to watch and meet all the animals.
