International Triple Certification Course Successfully Concludes in Visakhapatnam

**Visakhapatnam, India | 12–14 June 2026**

The International Health and Fitness Association (IHFA) successfully conducted the **International Triple Certification Course** from **12th to 14th June 2026** in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), bringing together physiotherapists, sports therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and healthcare practitioners from across the country for an intensive hands-on learning experience.

The three-day professional development program focused on three highly sought-after rehabilitation techniques widely used in sports medicine and clinical practice:

* Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
* Cupping Therapy
* Dry Needling

The course was designed to provide participants with evidence-based knowledge, practical skills, and clinical applications that can be directly integrated into patient care and rehabilitation settings. Through extensive hands-on training sessions, participants developed competency in assessment, treatment planning, and the safe application of advanced therapeutic interventions.

The program featured distinguished faculty members from the field of sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

**Dr. Mahesh Shinde (PT)**, Asian Games Gold Medalist and Head Physiotherapist of the Indian Kabaddi Team, shared his extensive experience in elite sports rehabilitation and athlete performance management. Dr. Shinde is also associated with Gujarat Giants and Patna Pirates in the Pro Kabaddi League.

Presenter Dr. Rushikesh Ravindra Pal (PT), sessions focused on evidence-based rehabilitation strategies and practical clinical applications for sports and musculoskeletal conditions.

Participants benefited from hands-on practical workshops, group practice kits, clinical demonstrations, and interactive discussions that enhanced their understanding of modern rehabilitation techniques.
