The inner child is a valid part of the human psyche. If we become disassociate we create a stuckness in development. The consequence is disconnection from our authentic self or true self and we become a stereotype. It happens when we conform to societies expectations. We form ambitions and goals based on these expectations. During Inner child healing work we connect to the child and reconnect to possibilities. The child archetype represents constant learning, adaption to problems with innocence and courage and embracing all potential futures. Doing this work on yourself is next-level, game-changer.

Mother Nature Rules !!! Don’t mess with her 😉🙏💚

Been swimming in the freezing ponds again.

Thank you for indulging in my craziness. These mornings we have are divine beyond.

The process of falling in love with the cold has been a momentous challenge for me. I normally excel in the heat. It has changed my relationship to nature and to the UK.

We do it so imperfectly. Thank God for that 😂

The ego feeds on fear. Without fear the ego is dead. What kills fear? FAITH. When you have faith, you can’t fear therefore your ego is subdued. Faith kills the ego. When you have faith you empower the entire Universe. That’s a little bit MASSIVE!!!! 🦋✨

I used to hate yoga!!!

The reason why I post so much about yoga, running (or light jogging while singing Oasis) and swimming is not because I'm mad about fitness it's because I’m mad about being happy. I only do things that I love and so I combine what I love with what is good for me. I have created a lifestyle that involves the fun stuff being things that take me to nature or help me evolve. I used to HATE all exercise and had a crippling fear of the cold. All of that is gone! I never EVER do things I don’t enjoy. It’s a waste of my life. The message is: find stuff you love doing that’s really good for you. It’s a blazing combination. Cultivating a mindset that loves high frequency is a journey of epic proportions! Start with one tiny little thing. ✨✨✨ Start today. CREATE in your
