Art from the Start

When there was still some sun, we visited to admire the beautiful tapestry that drapes its walls.

For a sneak-peak to the exhibition, "The listening garden a journey through nature to sound" by
A massive congratulations and well done to Sarina. Each room was illuminated by the vibrancy of the colours of each artwork, I especially loved the tapestry room. The evening ended listening to recordings of nature taken from plants and the river Roding mixed with snippets of recordings from Sarinas parents speaking of the living world and the connection which was very moving and summed up the atmosphere between the arts and sounds. A very reflective and highly recommended exhibition.
The exhibition is held at Eastbury Manor and runs until August 24th, open on Fridays and Sundays.

Last year, we were commissioned by to create a mural for the Pavilion, inspired by the theme “A Future together.”

Our talented students explored what that future could look like through their own eyes, developing ideas that would shape the heart of the design. These photos capture the early stages of the mural coming to life, leading up to its unveiling on open day.
