🍁🍂...On the days when everything seems to go too fast, the energy is hectic and the ballet class is the only saviour.

Celebrate the simplicity of standing by the barre, waiting to start your plié.

Enjoy the articulation of the foot - take pleasure in attention to detail, as it is from those details that the bigger moves are born the right way.

It's been hard sometimes for me to focus on those smaller steps...I preferred to be one step ahead, but... in ballet, this can come at a great cost: losing your alignment, integrity, and, actually, your peace.

If I move sensibly, the body supports me. If I push against the body for satisfaction and ego pleasure, it might feel good for a short time and empowering- in the long run, it's draining and I will pay the price.

Let's choose the sensible way. So that we can enjoy dancing until...forever🫢😉

....🤍There are days when...

All that you feel is disconnection.

All you need is regeneration.

All you crave is solitude.

Spend those days in your ballet shoes.

...When in doubt, remember how far you've come.

Consider how many petit allegros you've survived.

Think about how many pairs of pointe shoes didn't fit, yet you kept buying new ones anyway.

Reflect on why you started in the first place and why you continue. Does it bring you joy?

If the answer is yes, then the doubt becomes irrelevant.

GO GO GO!

🌟Fearless 🌟

Take the opportunity to tell your own story through dance, rather than just admiring others.

We often hold ourselves back. Why is that? There are so many obstacles, unnecessary fears, and doubts that can get in our way.

What if you could let go of all these burdens, even for one day? For one class? For one performance? How would you dance and how would you feel?

Hold close your tiny dancer♥️

Creating a safe and supportive environment for my students is my top priority.

It wasn't until my late 20s that I met the teachers who helped me to grow and finally...relax.

I don't want anyone else's time to be wasted and their light to be dimmed. You deserve all the support and love.

There are days when not every pirouette will be completed, and not every jump will be high. There will be moments when you lack balance in your dancing.

One moment? More like a hundred! Or feel free to add as many zeros as you like.

Let it go and allow the chaos to rebuild you. 🌺

I vividly remember every single moment of the Swan Lake tour in Los Angeles and I will cherish it in my heart.

Dancing is not just a personal experience; it also connects you with others who feel the same way when on stage or in the studio. It brings together those who share a longing and a love for dance, and that is truly special.

Once friends en pointe, friends forever!🩰❤️

Even when I'm unsure if I can even move my finger, I will make myself dance. Gently, but I will.

No matter what form or shape you take, there are no limits to your potential for growth.

Before you know it, you'll be three steps above heaven.
