Can I legally add value through a basement suite, extra bedroom, or a smarter layout?
🔎 Any structural red flags?
Cracks, uneven floors, water damage, or doors that don’t close properly could mean costly repairs.
🔑 Will tenants actually want to live here?
Location, parking, transport links, natural light, and storage all matter when it comes to attracting great tenants.

If you asked me why I teach, I’d say it’s because I want to play a part in educating the future rich and famous 😉
If you asked me on a deeper level….
I know what it feels like when opportunity doesn’t always find everyone equally. I teach to help open doors, broaden horizons, and show young people—especially those who don’t always see themselves represented—that they belong in every room they dream of entering.

I had the pleasure of teaching a some sessions over the 5 days, working with the best group of students. My job is always 10x more fun when the students are as ready to learn as I am to teach 😂
