From managing emotions to budgeting, cooking, communicating and problem-solving, we need these key skills to build the foundations for adult life.
For children and young people with SEND, it can be much harder to pick up these skills quickly when they're needed. We're leaving our most vulnerable children in even more difficulty if we fail to effectively prepare them for adulthood.
