T2 & T3 Easter 🇪🇸 Triathlon Training Camp, Day 6
Last full day so spent some time really trying to nail the transitions. Practice, practice, practice…🚴♂️🏃♂️➡️🚴♀️🏃♀️➡️🚴♂️🏃♂️➡️🚴♀️🏃♀️➡️🚴♂️🏃♂️➡️🚴♀️🏃♀️➡️
50m swim 🏊♀️ for everyone in the evening with more of a focus on shorter reps.
Ended the day with a group meal, our last as a group. Will miss everyone’s company, been a superb group of athletes and parents ❤️

T2 & T3 Easter 🇪🇸 Triathlon Training Camp, Day 5
Nice cycle to a different beach and totally different open water conditions to practice in. Choppy, strong current, windy and not great visibility under the water so a great experience for them. A few were definitely out of their comfort zone but being part of a group helped them through. Chapeaux 💪🙌
Evening run session and shirt swapping with the 🇪🇸 group as most of them disappear for the Spanish National Duathlon Championships tomorrow. Good luck team, bring home the medals.
Thanks to who provided kit to give to the Spanish triathletes. They loved them 🥰 Your little triathletes have been a credit to your club as well 🙏

T2 & T3 Easter 🇪🇸 Triathlon Training Camp, Day 4
It’s not all work, work, work…😀
Fun filled morning and early afternoon playing padel 🎾 and go-kart racing 🏎️ Happy to accept they probably preferred this than triathlon training 🤪
Back to it in the evening with a swim session for the group, split between the 50m pool (one of two in a town the size of Elche….have a word with yourself, London…😡) and the 25m one.

T2 & T3 Easter 🇪🇸 Triathlon Training Camp, Day 2
Beaut of a day with perfect riding conditions to cover about 50km in different groups. Broken up by some open water practice and some 🥪🥖🥤
Met an age group Kona World Champion down at the beach, , who joined us for a group photo having finished his daily 2hr sea swim!
Evening pool session with older group in a 50m pool and the younger lot in the 25m. Great to have the facilities to choose from 🏊♂️🏊
Coach ended the evening watching go back to the top of La Liga 2 with a professional 1-0 win over

T2 & T3 Spain Triathlon Training Camp, Day 7
THAT IS A WRAP!!!
Mixed team based duathlon race to round off the camp. Nice bit of friendly competitive action to try and put some things learnt into action on a technical circuit.
Massive thanks to and his amazingly friendly and welcoming club for allowing us to train with them. Thanks to and for helping out on some rides as well as the parents and our resident translator, Gabby!
It’s been a blast and everyone returns home happy, healthy and hopefully having had an experience like no other.
Only 6 weeks until the Easter 2025 group! Adios!

T2 & T3 Spain Triathlon Training Camp, Day 6
Last full day and a good giggle. Morning ride 🚴♀️ to the beach where dolphins 🐬 were spotted swimming along the coast. Longer loop hugging the coastline back up to Elche, totalling 50km+.
Open water simulation in the evening and some great fun with .
🇬🇧 and 🇪🇸 loving training alongside one another and everyone has really benefitted from sharing this experience 🙌
