2022 - what a year it's been.

Having only really kicked off officially in November of this year, we have still achieved some amazing things. We can wait to see what 2023 brings for MatriarchLtd. Here are our faves from this year 👆🚀

Tasha Ghouri, Love Island's first deaf contestant has partnered with XRAI Glass who 'create software solutions powered by Augmented Reality which enrich and empower lives by giving people the tools to be themselves.'

XRAI Glass have released glasses which provide live subtitles provide those with hearing loss, providing more accessibility in their every day. Tasha, who uses a cochlear implant tried these glasses in a particularly heart warming video which shows just how powerful inclusion is, this time, with game changing tech. 👊

Seeing the emotional overwhelm from both Tasha and Mitchell Feldman, co-founder and CMO of XRAI Glass, reminds us of just how deeply rooted inaccessibility and exclusion is.
Inclusion and accessibility is so much more than a tickbox - it's a feeling! 💛

🤘 This is a great mindset to conquer some of the fear we might internalise around inclusion.
What if I lose out on a promotion?
What if I say something wrong?
What if I make a mistake?

Sure, that might happen. But what if the outcome of those things is a great conversation, connection or game changing experience for you? 🤔

Growth comes from mistakes! This is a beautiful way to keep that in mind. 🌱
