Join me on Wednesday 5th October for 30 minutes of relaxing breathwork 🙏🏼
For the month of October, each Wednesday evening at 8pm I’m offering a free online group breathwork session. We’ll spend half an hour, during the middle of the week, learning more about our own breathing patterns, encourage the nervous system to rest and relax, while also preparing ourselves for a relaxing evening ahead.

Popping up to wish you all a happy weekend. I'm also excited to share that there are some plans in the pipeline... I'll soon be opening a private practice once a month from May. Situated in the heart of Crystal Palace I'll be working 1:1 and online with young girls using breathwork. I can't wait! 💫💛

🌬 BREATHE & MEDITATE 🙏🏼
One week to go until I host a breathwork and meditation circle for girls aged 14-16 years at Sydenham. The 60 minute class will be a chance for young girls to experience the power of breathing, learn some breathing techniques that lower anxiety and stress levels, calm the nervous system and promote a quiet connection to the self. There will be a relaxing meditation to end the session - a perfect way to start a Monday during the school holidays!

NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT: On Monday 11th April to celebrate World Breathing Day I am offering an in-person gathering for girls aged 14-16 years. During the one hour session starting at 10am I will introduce the power of our breath, teach some tension-releasing breathing exercises and end the class with a relaxing meditation.

EXCITING NEWS 🌬 - This week I have started a Breathwork Coaching course that will further develop my skills and understanding of the anatomy of our breath. Over the last three years in my personal life, I have used the breath during meditation and mindfulness practice and have wanted to officially teach the skill of breathing to young girls for a while now.
Breathwork is a natural, simple and powerful tool that can transform our well-being. Did you know that an adult takes 25,000 breaths a day? The breath is the only system in the body that we can control and learning to breathe to your fullest capacity can be life-changing. What’s amazing about breathwork is that it can calm and soothe, energise and invigorate and generally help maintain homeostasis within the body’s systems. There is a breath for every need and I can't wait to professionally learn 20 conscious breathing techniques and the nervous system and its relation to breath.
I'm looking forward to becoming a breathwork coach and offering both 1:1 and group sessions later this year! 💖

GROWING TOGETHER is this year's Children's Mental Health theme.
This week's focus for children and young people is about finding ways where we can support each other develop, manage feelings, reflect on how we have grown and how would we like to grow in the future. Growth is a gradual process that happens over time, there's no deadline or right path.
Remember, everyone's growth looks different. 💚🌿🌺

Becoming Women is currently offering online coaching for young girls aged 7-18 years. During each session tools are shared to help young girls explore how they're feeling, understand how their minds work and learn ways to support themselves and manage their well-being in a positive way.
