Good luck!

🔔We're sending all the very best of luck to our brilliant bellringers this Saturday 15th June, who will be attempting to ring a peal here at the Cathedral to celebrate His Majesty The King's official birthday. This will take around four hours to complete!

Not only that, but a Cathedral team will be competing in the final of the National 12 Bell Competition in Chilcompton, Somerset. Find out more about this competition here:

Not only are our two Cathedral bell towers topped with golden pineapples, did you know there are also golden flames beneath, all the way around?

These flaming finials are a memorial to the Great Fire of London in 1666, which destroyed the medieval Cathedral and much of the City of London. The flames all point one way - in the direction the wind blew during the Great Fire.

A group of year 5s played lots of tennis matches against on Friday afternoon. Well done to all the players who took part in their first tennis fixture of the year!

Well done to some of our Year 6 girls who played v today. SPCS opened the batting, setting a target of 324 runs for Channing. Despite excellent bowling & some outstanding fielding, our efforts weren’t enough & Channing narrowly beat us. Well done all!👏🏏

Calling all choristers in the making! 🎶We're running our next online singalong and discovery sessions on Wednesday 15th May, designed to find out more about the fun, inspiring and enriching experience of being a St Paul's Chorister.

A session for boys and their parents takes place at 6pm, and for girls and their parents at 6.45pm. Sign up online here:

On we remember Maria Hackett (1783–1874) a philanthropist who campaigned to improve the welfare of boy choristers, who at the time were left unchaperoned. Her efforts resulted in the creation of a new choir school in 1874 💪

Well done, Reception teachers! You nailed your costumes!

Year 4 played hockey against on Tuesday. Both SPCS A and B teams showed solid defence and finishing skills.
Well done to both sides in fantastic nail-biting matches!

On Tuesday afternoon the Yr 3 girls travelled to House for a football fixture. Both teams played outstandingly with huge amounts of effort on display from all.

We welcomed to perform hilarious play ‘Le Château’! The pupils really enjoyed the show & found the experience both educationally enriching & a fun way of consolidating their French vocabulary.
