St Paul's Playgroup, New Southgate

Happy Easter everyone. We have two weeks off in the holidays. We Open again on Friday 17 April 2026.

Good morning everyone. Just a reminder that there is no St Paul’s playgroup today due to half term. Have a lovely day.

Next week, Friday 27 February, we will be open as usual 10-11.15.

After the session next week there will be a community clean of all the toys. 11.30-1pm. Bring a packed lunch! All welcome! Many hands make light work. Thank you for helping to keep our playgroup a safe, clean and welcoming space for our children. 😀

Wonderful to be back today at St Paul's Playgroup for the autumn term! Additions include new toys, new cups with lids for parents, new colouring pages for children's art work, healthy snacks for children in the form of carrots, peppers, cucumbers as well as an abundance of toast and biscuits for everyone. Come along if you have a child under the age of 5! All welcome!

Unfortunately we are unable to open tomorrow, as a few of our volunteers are poorly. But we will see you next week!

A big thank you to all the families who joined us today for our Harvest celebration! 🥔

We enjoyed some paint stamping with potatoes and apples, we made paper plate scarecrow faces and we sang some Autumnal songs 🍂.

A big thanks to everyone who donated to our food bank, too. We had a great collection and we're very grateful for your generosity.

Today's playgroup was so busy that we unfortunately had to turn some families away once we reached capacity, so next time we hold a special event we will do a pre-booking system. We want to provide a warm, safe space for as many families as possible.

We will be back for normal playgroup next Friday - see you then! X

This Friday, we'll be having a special Harvest Festival celebration at Playgroup! We'll have seasonal crafts to try, Autumn songs and a food bank collection.

We will gladly take any tins or other non-perishable food items instead of the suggested £1 donation this week!
Everyone is always welcome, with or without a donation.
