The change is the only thing in the world that doesn't change.
No matter what you do, how you behave, its totally out of your control.
Two options are in your control:
🙈 stay stagnant, complain, cry and moan about it
🙉 respond to it, take action, adapt and make the most out of it with all available resources ( and believe me you have plenty of them, even if you don't realise it yet)
