Remember when meal planning and general food consumption to follow the Eat Well Guide.
This gives you a breakdown of what you should be aiming for.
Also when it comes to losing weight ensure you know your correct amount of calories you should be consuming 2000 is a womans full daily allowance and 2500 for men but if you are looking to lose weight you need to drop your calorie intake but too dramatically and your body will enter starvation mode which in turn will not help you and in the long term destroy your metabolism.
For guidance on your intake google tdee calculator then calorie count using my fitness pal or nutracheck it's simple and becomes second nature.
Rapid weightloss is not a sensible way of doing things and can result in long term damage to your body 2-3lbs a week is great if your larger this will drop quicker but then slow a little.
If you plateau out and stop losing the weight take a week off calorie counting and then pick up the following week it's not a sprint.
Battlerope session step out of the ordinary and make those sessions worthwhile burn fat, build muscle, strengthen up and get your cardio elements in without the standard weight sessions that your used to.
