My favourite anti-aging protocol for the skin is from .

Besides collagen it has a complete profile of nutrients to support the immune system and has a great flavour.

The serum and the mask nourish and replenish the skin which is a great complement. 💕

Mi protocoló antiedad para la piel favorito Además de colágeno es un suplemento nutricional con un sabor increíble.

El serum y la mascarilla son un complemento ideal 💕

How do you end your fast?

A lot has been said about the best foods to eat after a fasting period. Green juice, protein or apple cider vinagre are some of the most popular options.

I always tell my clients that the most important thing is to eat REAL FOOD and what ever you do avoid sugar and processed foods.

If you were fasting for 16 hours and decide to eat a slide of bread for breakfast, you're sending empty calories to your body.

One of my favourite things to break my fast with is bone broth and a smoothies.

This one is packet with veggies and good fats.

Natural yogurt from grass fed cows.
Broccoli
Celery
Mix berries
Protein powder
A handful of nuts (macadamia, almonds, Brazil)

Hopefully this is helpful - next time I'll record a video with the full recipe.

Hasta las cosas malas o de las cuáles no nos sentimos tan orgullosos son parte importante de nuestra esencia y nos hacen quien somos.
Rechazarlas no nos hace mejores. Nos aleja de nosotros mismos.
SLIDE 4 ENGLISH ⏭⏭
Even those things we don't like about ourselves are an important part of our essence and make us who we are.
Rejecting these things does not make us better. It takes us away from embracing ourselves.
