My sister hates this video. Yes i said it. Point blank, she hates it, but i.. i love it because right here we created something which my daughters till this day beam with excitement everytime they see this clip of mummy and aunty.

My father was always a boy child. Whether any of us girls liked it or not, until i came along that is & over time made him change his script a little. Hahaha have a fabulous friday beauties!! 👸🏾🌸👸🏾

I am not hung up with enegagement or likes, i just want whoever needs to hear this, to understand, that you are in more control than you believe when it comes to your health, your body, your life!

During my families biggest health scare, which lasted for nearly two years. I went on an aggressive search for answers. I knew something did not make sense to me which i was being told, and it was right here i found the answers. This was one of the best books ive read about the powers of human body and one of the best reviews to go with it. I couldnt have written it better, so here it is below. Author unknown.

'Medicine is operating more like a religion than a science and new ideas are suppressed or ridiculed and their originators often punished.

Scientists' pronouncements are often self serving and misleading. We're learning more and more about less and less. Studies on trivial topics are often funded while important research gets no support as it threatens the status quo. Yet the public largely thinks that the study of medicine is based on science and logic.

This book explains that promise of a future of golden health and extended life thanks to wonder drugs and fancy new surgical techniques and the like turns out to be empty. The body has an amazing capacity to heal, but only if we give it the tools it needs to do so - adequate nutrition and all the necessary vitamins and minerals etc.

Reading the findings and also problems and unfair criticism and political opposition faced by those with genuinely new ideas on health and healing is wonderful and inspiring but also somewhat depressing. We need many more scientists with this much integrity, intelligence, logic and insight to even make a dent in the corrupt corporate medicine system we have. Year after year the quality of medical studies gets worse. The drugs-are-the answer-for everything marketing hype gets ever more shrill and monotonous and detracts ever more from real medicine'

I hope and pray everyone is well. Alot is going around regarding Covid and the symptoms which follow if you so happen to catch it. Can I just say that, the mucus/inflammation which is symptomatic to Covid and majority of viruses is not caused by Covid but how your body produces mucus as an attempt to protect itself. Now Covid is not to be played around with and neither is our health, and whilst taking things to fight the symptoms are soooo crucial, I would like to stress that eating well and staying away from mucus inducing foods will help massively in how your body responds in many (immune system) health crisis.
