I designed, developed, and launched the Fresh Mind programme about 7 years ago.

Why?

I realised I needed to upgrade my mental operating system to handle the upcoming radical changes occurring worldwide.

AI, cryptocurrencies, sustainability, climate change, remote work, pandemics, possible World War 3, automation, and the increasing pace of life and cost of living...

Do I need to continue listing the kinds of challenges we've been facing?

If I hadn't started the Fresh Mind programme 7 years ago, I might have succumbed to burnout, depression, and a general decline in lifestyle.

Instead, I chose to completely redesign (and therefore upgrade) my mind from the ground up.

A radical 'flip' in my own self, which turned out to be by far the greatest decision I've ever made.

It's hard to summarise it all in a short post, which is why we are relaunching the Fresh Mind meetups.

I've been coaching designers, professionals, through leaders and entrepreneurs through my Fresh Mind programme for 7 years now.

This year we decided to restart our Fresh Mind meetups on monthly.

They are now happening in a luxury Private Members' Club in Central London.
