In my conversation with Kazeem Sanusi, a systems and cities expert, we look through a systems thinking lens as we explored what it means to design the FCT as an antifragile city, one that doesn’t just withstand shocks but reinforces and grows stronger through them.

From adaptive infrastructure to inclusive governance and long-term resilience, this is the kind of thinking we need for the future of our cities.

As the seat of government, Abuja has the potential to lead the way - becoming a living system: resilient, responsive, and regenerative.

Can we build cities that actually work?

Let’s have your answers in the comments.

Between Nyesom Wike and Ireti Kingibe: A Role Play for Systemic Change Using the 3rd Entity Tool - Egogo News Hub 04/04/2025

Thrilled to see my recent role play featured on egogonewshub.com - It’s a timely reminder that beneath every conflict lies an opportunity for growth, understanding, and transformation.
Let’s continue to champion emotional intelligence and constructive dialogue in every space we lead.

The good book tells us one will chase a thousand and two will put ten thousand to flight!

Imagine the possibilities for a Nation of over 220 Million people with a vibrant youth population.

As we celebrate Nigeria at 64, let’s strive to do better as a people and come of age.

Let’s each play a part in creating a new and better Nigeria within our sphere and capacity.

Together, let’s make Nigeria the Giant of Africa once again.

May Nigeria Succeed!

Sometimes, we are unable to realise our goals due to events that are totally out of our control. Also, we may come to the realisation that we were rather over ambitious and suddenly it feels rather overwhelming. Instead of getting stressed out, just re-group and re-contract with your self to start taking the next baby step forward.Join me on this journey together!

After a much needed pause, it is great to be back in the swing of things both online and offline. Getting back into what I absolutely love to do, I kicked off a team coaching session last week from the capital territory Abuja, Nigeria.

Join me on this journey, as I continue to engage with thought provoking topics and questions. Turn on my post notifications and subscribe to my YouTube via the link in my bioā˜ļø

At a time when coaches really need to demonstrate their value by facilitating and co-creating great outcomes, Gil Broza has written yet another book to help us in this endeavour.

He specializes in helping tech leaders deliver far better results by upgrading their organizations’ agile ways of working.

It is with great pleasure, that we host him yet again, on the next episode of sincerely agile with Mary.

Link to the event will be in the comments once scheduled.

The coaching profession is still relatively new and continues to evolve.
Bodies like the ICF was established only in 1995 as an ā€œindependent credentialing body with a mission to hold coaches to a set of standards and code of ethics.

Lucia Baldelli MCC and Claire Pedrick MCC have done a fantastic job with their book (The Human Behind the Coach) in contributing to the body of knowledge for coaches.

This will further help us as coaches show up in the way that truly helps us serve, and hold the space for the client, to bring about the transformation and results they desire.

Growth is a never-ending journey as we know. So, if you are looking to do more with the human behind the coach, then please join us on the next episode of sincerely agile with Mary.

Link to the event will be shared in the comments once scheduled.

Exactly 3 years ago today, I launched sincerely agile with Mary. With the churn in my stomach, I launched anyway. Nothing meaningful ever came from a place of comfort.

Organically, the tribe of change agents is forming and evolving for the Marathon and collaborative work ahead.

For what it is worth, we have a world population of 8 billion People and I read somewhere that at least 10 People will need the service(s) you have to offer.

So, from tackling sustainability issues to mental health and professional and personal development, there’s much work to be done still, problems to solve and opportunities to leverage for humanity.

Don’t wait to Perfect that idea, iterate on it - make 2024 the year you embrace a toddler's mindset and push forward despite the Fear.

Again, we say thank you to our maiden guest speakers Niyi Yusuf, Sally Elatta, Habiba Balogun, Yemi Odubote and all the amazing guests we have had for 86 Episodes.

Sincerely agile with Mary will resume in February with a focus on two great books and the amazing writers behind them. Gil Broza "Deliver Better Results" and "The Human Behind The Coach" by Lucia Baldelli MCC and Claire Pedrick MCC.

Wishing you all the very best of 2024!
