I’ve decided to REBRAND my entire IG

Why?

I don’t think it would be fair to limit myself to just Amazon and would also be good to share what else I do.

For those who don’t know me, my name is Alessandro, I’m 31 and I love online businesses.

Two things you probably don’t know are:

1. I’ve had a Sales Coaching Agency
2. Recently relaunched my Automation Agency

I’ve always been in sales, matter of fact, I’m really good at it too (trying not too sound too arrogant). I’ve transacted well over 1 billion through my corporate years and sales is just second nature to me. I’ve put together all my years of wins and mistakes into a full 360 agency.

Automations is something I’ve always had an interest in and manage to become pretty good at. The reason I started is because I’m LAZY and hate to do tedious tasks that don’t generate money, so what better way than learning how to automate any business and help online coaches do the same with their business.

Lastly, Amazon you know this page because of Amazon which is also my bread and butter. Amazon will still play an important part of this page but as I said, it’s just playing a part and not the main part.

Moving forward I’ll only post lifestyle and stories will focus more on business. So hopefully you enjoy the transformation.

We all struggle to scale any business

But…

This is the biggest challenge and mistake I see people constantly making when trying to scale their Amazon business.

Vertical Vs Horizontal strategy will provide very different outcomes.

In my opinion it’s quick wins vs long term wins.

Vertical being quick wins and horizontal being more long term.

Unless your economies of scale are extremely strong maybe you could consider a vertical strategy but for most cases horizontal strategy implementation will be your safest option when looking to scale.

Even if you have tons of cash to throw at a product I’d still recommend to not throw all your eggs in one basket.

If you are an Amazon Beginner do this…

It will save you a ton of money.

Start learning how to read graphs. Having jungle scout, H10, Selleramp is good

But its not good when you don’t know how to interpret and read graphs

What other people won’t tell you is that most of the time these graphs provide the wrong info

Which can lead to us spending hundreds if not thousands of pounds on products which in reality are not selling at all.

So, START spending time in analysing key performance indicators such as BSR, Pricing Elasticity and Competition

These three factors will allow you to start learning how to understand if a product will sell or not

Don’t be scared of taking risks. Read below. ⬇️

The biggest risk in life is taking no risk at all.

Fast forward to 12 months time. Where do you want to be?

Imagine if you took that chance and started your business, maybe it’s your Amazon business.

You’d be in a position where you could:
1. Quit your job
2. Take the dream holiday
3. Buy your dream car
4. Retire your parents
5. Have that deposit for your first house

You could have all of that in 12 months time if you commit to yourself and trust the process..

Amazon gave me many opportunities.

1. Travel whenever I want to travel
2. Buy what I want when I want
3. Treat my loved ones

You need to stop being scared of failure, take that opportunity and seize the moment.
