But let me tell you something: You belong here.
Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. The industry needs YOU to shape the future.
Keep showing up. Keep speaking up. Because every step you take paves the way for the next woman to walk through the door.

So, you’re not getting interviews? The problem might be that your CV isn’t quantified.
Employers want to know the impact of your work, not just what you did.
Here’s what you do: Combine your technical skills with business outcomes. For example:
❌ 'I developed a website.'
✅ 'I developed a web app that increased client leads by 40%, boosting revenue by 20% in 6 months.'
See the difference? 📈
Quantifying your CV catches hiring managers’ attention because it shows value.
In 60-mins, I can help you transform your CV from generic to impactful and attention-grabbing. If you're ready to stand out to hiring managers, DM me the word 'CV' to book your call!

Stepping into tech as an introverted woman can feel overwhelming—like you're supposed to "fit in" to a loud, fast-paced space that doesn't always feel natural.
But you don’t need to change who you are to thrive in tech.
✨ Your quiet focus.
✨ Your ability to listen and analyse.
✨ Your thoughtful problem-solving.
These are your superpowers.
The tech world isn’t just about the loudest voices in the room.
It’s about creating solutions, collaborating meaningfully, and innovating in ways that make a difference—and those are areas where introverts truly shine.

Are you stuck perfecting your portfolio instead of applying for jobs? 🙋♀️
Trust me, I’ve been there—and so have many of my clients. You spend weeks tweaking, debugging, and thinking, “Just one more project, and then I’ll start applying.”
Recruiters aren’t looking for perfection—they’re looking for potential.
You don’t need a portfolio filled with 10+ projects. You just need 3-5 strong, well-documented projects that showcase your skills.
Here’s what your portfolio really needs:
1️⃣ A variety of projects (e.g., frontend, backend, APIs).
2️⃣ Quality over quantity—less is more when it’s done well.
3️⃣ Proof of growth—show you’ve learned and applied skills.
Every day spent chasing “perfect” is a day someone else is landing the job you want.
So, stop waiting and start applying. Your portfolio is good enough, and done is better than perfect.
If this resonates with you and you’re ready to stop waiting, let’s work together. In just one session, we’ll refine your portfolio, create an application strategy, and get you ready to land your dream role.
DM me “TECH” if you’re ready to take the first step. Let’s make it happen. 💻✨

Coding has helped me to embrace my feminine side... 💻🌸
As the first-born in my family, I was always in “leader mode”—setting an example, pushing through hard times, and carrying that strong, structured energy.
For a long time, I thought that’s just how I had to be. But then I discovered coding, and it opened up a whole new side of me that I hadn’t fully explored.
Coding isn’t just logical or technical—it can be incredibly creative and intuitive. For me, it became a way to tap into my feminine energy and create things that connect with people. 🌸✨
If you’ve ever felt like tech is a “masculine” space, I want you to know there’s room for every kind of energy here. Coding can be your path to balance, where you get to embrace both strength and softness, logic and creativity.
If you’re curious about coding but not sure where to start, I’d love to help!

Did you know that a corporate job isn’t the only path you can take with coding?
A lot of clients come to me thinking that a 9-to-5 corporate job is their only option once they learn to code. And while there’s nothing wrong with that path, it’s not the only one.
Coding opens up a world of possibilities—you just need to find the path that aligns with your goals, passions, and lifestyle.
Let me give you some real-life examples of how diverse the coding journey can be:
My Story: When I first started coding, I thought the corporate world was my only option. But soon, I realised I could use my skills to create my own opportunities. I eventually founded Code For Creatives, helping others break into tech and find their own unique paths.
Client Success #1: One of my clients used her newfound coding and web design skills to consider starting a blog.
Client Success #2: Another client of mine did choose the corporate route but with a twist—she's using her coding skills to specialise in a niche area that she's passionate about, making her role incredibly fulfilling.
There are so many options for you when it comes to coding. Whether you want to launch your own business, work on passion projects, freelance, start a blog, or yes, even land a corporate job—the choice is yours.
Coding isn’t just a skill; it’s a tool that you can use to shape your future in any way you want.
Take my FREE quiz to discover the ideal tech role that matches your skills and passions. Your future in tech is waiting—let’s map out the journey together! 🤩

Ever been in an interview, absolutely nailing it, and then you get to the end and they ask the dreaded question: "Do you have any questions for us?" 😬
And suddenly, you have no idea what to say...
Don’t worry—I’ve been there too!
To help you out, here are a few thoughtful, strategic questions you can ask at the end of your interview to demonstrate your interest and engagement.
Asking questions at the end of an interview is not just about filling time—it’s an opportunity to learn more about the company and its people and to show your curiosity and eagerness to be a good fit.
Pro Tip: Write down a few of these questions before your interview, so you're prepared and don’t have to scramble when the time comes. 😊
What’s the best question you’ve ever asked in an interview? Drop it in the comments—let’s share some ideas!

As a woman in tech, I do sometimes find myself in rooms where I’m the only female voice.
It’s no secret that the tech industry is still largely male-dominated, and this imbalance can be intimidating, especially for those just starting their careers.
But here's the thing - we need more women in this space, and not just for the sake of diversity statistics.
Women bring unique perspectives, innovative ideas, and a collaborative spirit that are crucial for driving the industry forward.
Here are a few coping strategies:
🙋🏽♀️ Connect with mentors, colleagues, and networks (like women in tech groups) who can support you.
💭 Speak up and share your ideas confidently. Your perspective is valuable, and it’s time we start seeing more women’s voices leading tech discussions.
🧘♀️ It’s easy to get caught up in the pressure to prove yourself, but remember to take time for self-care. Burnout is real, and taking care of your mental health is essential.
If you found this useful, drop a '❤️' in the comments! Let’s support one another in breaking down these barriers together.

Okay let’s be real, the job market right now? Brutal.
I recently hit a moment in my career where I craved growth. I thought because I’ve been through the job hunting process before, this time round it might be easier.
Let me tell you - it definitely was NOT.
The endless applications, receiving rejections (some within MINUTES of applying!), it all felt like a never-ending loop that I was stuck in.
I faced 29 rejections before I even landed an interview!
I had to keep reminding myself that rejection is just redirection. It might not feel like it in the moment, but it's pushing you closer to the right opportunity.
I know you may be going through the same battle right now with the job market, but I just want to say:
💫 Keep your head up! It's tough out there, but perseverance pays off.
💫 Use the rejections as fuel. Learn from them and refine your approach. Maybe try changing up your CV
💫 And don’t forget to celebrate the small wins. Landing an interview? Getting positive feedback? Celebrate it!
You’ll attract more positivity from it.
What has your experience with job hunting been like?

As we celebrate South Asian Heritage Month, I can't help but think about our cultural roots and how far we've come.
It's amazing to see the opportunities available for South Asian girls now, especially in tech.
Years ago, becoming an engineer wasn’t really an option for us. But things have changed.
Now, with coding bootcamps, online courses, and supportive communities, the tech world is more accessible than ever.
South Asian girls can now follow their passion for technology, inspired by women, who broke barriers before us like:
👩🏽💻 Dr. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, founder of Biocon,
👩🏽💻 Roshni Nadar Malhotra, CEO of HCL Technologies,
👩🏽💻 Aruna Jayanthi, a managing director at Capgemini,
👩🏽💻 Neha Narkhede, co-founder of Confluent and a major contributor to Apache Kafka
Tech thrives on diversity. Different perspectives lead to amazing innovations. Yes, there are still challenges, but there’s also more support and resources out there now.
So, during this South Asian Heritage Month, let’s celebrate how far we’ve come.
Let’s inspire each other and the next generation. Embrace the opportunities, push boundaries, and know that you’ve got a whole community cheering you on.
Happy South Asian Heritage Month! 🧡 💛 ❤️

You never know what you can achieve with a little persistence and the right guidance.
