With January in the books how has your training gone?
Clearly my training faces have followed me into 2022 😂
I’ve been so proud of my clients for staying consistent and delivering some fantastic results.
I generally don’t put too much pressure on my clients in January (they’ll probably say different) as I just like to see them get their routine back and regain consistency.
February however is a different story , as we all have targets to hit.
Let’s go 💪🏼
01/01/2022
First bit of activity of 2022 with a morning run around Canary Wharf.
I’d love to say it was easy but it was horrible, body felt like s**t! But got it done 💪🏼 roll on rest of 2022 we keep grinding 💪🏼

As another New Year approaches we’ll all be using it as a way to plan what we should change.
I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and I’m used to getting bombarded with NY resolutions. Many tbh are unrealistic and quickly fade away.
However I’ve seen many peoples attitude change over the past few years and learn that getting in or near the condition you’re aiming for takes consistency and dedication.
Nutrition, Movement, Mindset are all key foundation pillars.
Working hard for a few weeks or months won’t do it! You need to aim for a long term goal, while breaking that down to smaller quarterly/monthly and maybe weekly targets.
Find a good coach that will work with you on planning this out so you can see the journey unfold.
Make 2022 the year and approach that actually brings change and routine to you and your body.
Good luck to you all
Ps if anyone needs help finding a good coach around London/Essex I know plenty and would be happy to advise
