Helping you resolve your housing issues
Southwark Housing Needs is set up to provide advice and assistance to all customers with housing needs. There are different teams within the Housing Needs with different expertise.

If you are experiencing housing issues, threatened with homelessness or rough sleeping, our dedicated teams can assist with the following:

• Help to prevent homelessness, through advice support and assistance detailed within the personal housing plan
• Provide you with employment support and debt advice
• Provide advice to private rented tenants who have been illegally evicted, issued with a notice from a private landlord or experiencing disrepair issues
• Help you with searching for a new private rented accommodation that is suitable for your needs
• Refer you for help from our partners who specialize in supporting with mental health needs, domestic abuse and rough sleeping

feel-good activities. Meet other parents and children in
a safe environment. Build on wellness, confidence and
children's development in a fun way.
