🚀 Forming Foundations is an intensive, on-ramp programme to kickstart the careers of the next generation of diverse hospitality superstars.

The 3-day programme includes:

⭐️ A globally recognised WSET Level 1 Spirits qualification

⭐️ Vocational training (responsible service, speed pouring, and more)

⭐️ Classic cocktail training (& non-alcoholic variations)

⭐️ A final day lunch & informal networking social with industry professionals from the Equal Measures UK community

⭐️ The offer of a trial shift at a hospitality venue

⭐️ £50 payment on completion of the full course, as a mark of thanks and respect for your attention and time

Vicky met Nicola during an Inclusive Hiring seminar they were both working on, organised by Queena Wong Curious Vines. As both are driven by authentic and tangible, action-led EDI, they knew straight away that they shared a mission.

🥃 THE SIPPING MENU 🥃

We are so grateful to have an ASTONISHING selection of old, rare, award-winning, and hard to find whiskies and rums on offer at our Charity Auction Evening on 1st September at nancyscocktails, which will be available alongside our cocktail & non-alc menus.

We decided to keep prices low (each serve is a double at 50ml) to give attendees the chance to try what they want without breaking the bank.

These include some stunning spirits not usually available in this country, donated thanks to the incredibly Chima The Mixer, as well as InternationalSpiritsChallenge . A massive thank you to Adelaide Hayes Elliott Soho Whisky for also donating some stunning bottles, as well as House of Decant for the divine 25-yo and 18-yo Rey Del Istmo !

We also have the delectable Woven Coffee Old Fashioned available throughout the night, thanks to our friend and constant champion Nick Ravenhall 🙏🏽
