Powerful work, honest work. Core striking with additional defence with our Rhino. Really, it’ll be all those teeps that they’ll remember. Lots of them, all worked from a stable and solid foundation from which to grow tall. Big pad rounds and a few grading splinter groups on the go. Impressive stuff, impressive enough to see the grading list expand rather than contract. Unprecedented.

Busy session, but the run up to gradings always are. Heavy focus on the white belts looking at the Yellow syllabus whilst coloured belts worked on double stick, defence and pad striking. Loads of pad striking in the menus for next week.

2 very different sessions, each catering to the required material for the event grades. That’s right grading season is here again. A nice mix of stick, clinch and striking for the earlier sessio . Then a very workshop type later class. Impressed by the focus so far of those set to test, still some technical work to go, but all headed on the right trajectory
