Chinese brush đď¸đ¨
One of the various calligraphy brushes, it represents one of the four treasures of study alongside ink, paper, and inkstone.
The brushes are made up of either wolf, goat, rat, or rabbit hair and are known to be softer than bamboo.
Without this brush, Chinese calligraphy and art would not have the same look and effect it has today.

Chinese fried rice is the quintessential comfort food.
Think of itâa bowl of steaming white rice cooked to just the right consistency, filled with bits of meat and vegetable. No wonder fried rice is one of the world's most popular rice dishes!
I think the key to making fried rice is using rice that has been previously cooked. Because older rice is dryer, reducing the chance of ending up with a fish that is wet and gloppy!

Tibet is often referred to as the âroof of the worldâ as the Tibetan Plateau is the highest region on earth. The thin air and high altitude means that some need to take extra precaution when visiting.
