📅 This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 (11–17 May). At Raw Material, we believe that the most powerful actions for our wellbeing are often the ones we take together.
🎨 The connection between creativity and mental wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s writing a lyric, finding a beat, or sharing a canvas, these aren't just hobbies—they are active routes to self-improvement.
🌱 Our creative-health programmes prove that taking the step to create, share a space, and interact socially can fundamentally shift our experience of mental health. This week, we encourage you to take one small creative action for yourself or someone else.
💗 Here are some of the words that our participants use to describe our programmes: Affirming, Grateful, Rejuvenation, Energising.
🤝 In times of struggle, remember that you don't have to navigate the path alone. Awareness means knowing when to reach out and where to turn.
🔗 We’re sharing below a curated a list of verified support services for those living in and around Lambeth. Every conversation started and every resource shared is a vital step toward making sure we are there for each other when it matters most.
