Once again, our End of Term showcase was a roaring success. Time and time again, these events stand out as a highlight of the term—and the year—because they celebrate what's possible when people make the most of their innate creativity and talent.

While performance isn't the end goal for everyone, these showcases represent a community gradually built over 10 weeks. The gig is simply a moment where music brings us together to celebrate that connection.

We were honoured to be joined by one of our principal funders, the Arts Council, who got to see our work firsthand—bearing witness to the amazing impact of their support.

As our Summer programmes wrap up, we want to invite our community, friends, and wider network to come together and celebrate the incredible work and achievements of our participants.

Want to know what mental health support looks like when you trade a clinical waiting room for a recording studio?

Our Creative Health Programme Manager, Janet Browne, has written a new piece breaking down exactly how our 4Cs (Creative Communities Creating Change) programme works.

If you've been wondering what we actually get up to at our Brixton hub, Janet lays out the three big ingredients:

Creative spaces for young people 🎙️ We combine professional studio time (music production, songwriting, digital media) with real, evidence-based workshops to build emotional resilience.

Backing parents & carers 🤝 Because young people don't live in a vacuum. We run workshops to help parents navigate the teenage years and manage stress together as a family.

The Mending Room 🛠️ Our project where young people, NHS clinical psychologists, and local decision-makers sit down as equals. They use legislative theatre to call out where the current system is failing and design better pathways to care.

It’s all about making mental health support approachable, inclusive, and—most importantly—directed by the community itself.

We are hosting an interactive, friendly 90-minute focus group in Brixton, and we want your honest thoughts on mental health and wellbeing survey tools. No experience is needed—just bring your ideas and your voice!

After an amazing time last summer, we're bringing back our Band Project for young people!

Summer Band Project is the perfect opportunity for young children to get together and have fun making music in the timeless manner of playing instruments, jamming and banding together.
