This programme is connected with RED January a national campaign promoting the importance of daily movement to support mental health. They do amazing work in communities, so do check them out - https://join.redjanuary.com/ - I'm hoping that some of you have heard of them and seen their advertising, heard the founder on TV and radio OR even better, you've signed up to move every day in January.

As well as the importance of movement to bring greater energy and mental stability to individuals, we help focus on re-energising people through the understanding of purpose, an individual's purpose.

In partnership with RED January, Decathlon and our sister company TLRfitness, we are offering our 'ReNew You' programme, run now for 4 years, to anyone, male and female, who is looking to build a bit of confidence in who they are and what they do, who need an energy boost, who may be feeling a little lost in career direction or who is unsure of how to make the most out of the opportunities in 2024.

5 weeks. 1 hour per week. Focusing on you. You get to share with and learn from others as we guide you through the programme, which has been designed around the Japanese concept of Ikigai, your Purpose in Life.
