Welcome to my coaching page!
I am a practising GP and coach working towards my transformational coaching diploma. Working in healthcare is tough and what with rotas, managing a social life and getting your washing done, having some time a space dedicated to think through big decisions such as what specialty to choose or what you want out of your career isn't always easy to come by. At times I have felt stuck or unsure being able to think out loud, with someone impartial has proved really helpful. As a GP, the moments I love at work are hearing patients' stories and the 'thanks for listening, it was really good to get that off my chest' feedback. Now I am looking to bring my empathic, non-judgemental approach to the coaching space, to help other healthcare professionals gain increased clarity about what they really want and give them the confidence to get there.
