Today, we’re delighted to shine a light on Amie Zanelli, Assistant Headteacher and Year 6 Teacher.

Amie is one of the many dedicated adults who support our children to believe in themselves, enjoy their learning and achieve their very best. This approach is at the heart of everything we do. From Nursery to Year 6, our staff work together to create opportunities for every child to thrive and reach their fullest potential.

We’re incredibly proud of our pupils and the brilliant results they have achieved this year! Our Reception, Year 1, Year 4 and Year 6 children have worked with such determination, supported by our wonderful staff and families. This year’s results are above the national and Greenwich averages, and are up on last year.

These figures represent so much more than numbers. They reflect the hard work, growing confidence and resilience of our children, alongside the encouragement they receive every day.

A huge thank you to our pupils, families and staff for playing such an important part in this achievement. We’re very proud of our Timbercroft community!

Come and discover Timbercroft Primary School, a warm and welcoming two-form-entry community school in Plumstead, where every child is known, supported and encouraged to thrive.

Our school tours are a great opportunity to meet our team, explore our classrooms and outdoor spaces, and find out more about life at Timbercroft. You’ll also hear about our strong academic outcomes, sensory garden, MUGA sports pitch, OPAL-supported play areas and wraparound care.

They had lots of questions about seasonality and which fruit & veg was the best to grow in Plumstead!
All of the children had the opportunity to plant their own seed to take home and plant in their garden.
