It was our 5th Don’t Sweat It! Olive Chats Workshop last night MiltonKeynes - a Galentine’s treat to calm the hormones and reconnect.

Thank you to Joanna Madison from Mind Source for taking us through an NLP positive anchor technique to help us through times of stress and low mood and then giving us deep relaxing hypnotherapy to reinforce the anchor so we can pull on it whenever we need it 🙏🏻

We’re all about finding natural tools to add to our toolkit to support hormone and menopause health.

A big thank you to and for supporting our walks and workshops.

We all left feeling calm and happy - a great way to spend ‘Galentines’ xx

Joint pain can make daily activities feel harder than they should be. Happy Sunday 🌟 what a fabulous morning at - I was thrilled to be part of their Pilates & Wellness Event today with

We had 10 lovely ladies and went through a calming Pilates to start their morning with some movement and stretching, followed by a healthy smoothie, and each lady had a wonderful facial with expert Sonia from Sunday Riley and left with a gorgeous goodie bag.

We loved our Candlelit Soundbath Workshop last night - hope to do this again in 2025🥰

Last night we held a gorgeous pre-Christmas Candlelit Soundbath Workshop with the lovely .

An hour of calm, peaceful, ‘Me’ time with agrouding meditation to begin and end with and the calming tones from her crystal bowls.

This was the perfect way to calm ourselves from the stress, and hustle and bustle of Christmas preparations to take an hour to re-group let the emotions flow and get our hormones back into balance.

This was our 3rd amazing Don’t Sweat It! Olive Chats workshops and was so well received from all the ladies who attended - a big thank you to and who supported this workshop and to Donna for her time and expertise xx
