There is a teaching that if you walk the path of your dharma, the world will rise to meet you. This whole past year, I’ve felt so established in walking my own path, trusting my heart, and living my purpose - and felt exactly that - the world did meet me there. I keep learning that the more I meet the depths of myself, lessons continue boiling down to simple things.
Be a good human. Do no harm. When there is more, make your table longer. Love wholeheartedly. Live fully. Tell them you love them. Ask for help. Invite them for a cup of coffee and give them space to simply be.

For a while I’ve been at loss for words - some containers that I create touch something a little more deeply, attune the heart a bit more profoundly, and give you the space to be - a bit more freely. This was that and a whole lot more.
Letting my students speak instead maybe makes more sense.
The only thing that made sense upon returning was to plan a date to go back here in 2027. 💫

A few songs that have been shaping my practice lately - for slower rituals, softer mornings, and more dynamic movement. Music can support practice in so many different ways.
