Following last week’s solar eclipse, our Little Learners have been busy exploring how this amazing event happens by creating their very own solar eclipses! ✨

Through play and discovery, the children learned how the Moon can move between the Earth and the Sun, creating a shadow and temporarily blocking the Sun from view. 🌙

The children coloured in their own monsters using different colours to represent emotions such as feeling happy, sad, angry, scared, calm or loved.

Meet Aliya, one of our wonderful nursery practitioners at Little Learners Land.

Aliya is passionate about creating a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. She has a natural way of connecting with little ones and enjoys encouraging them to explore through play and creativity.

For Aliya, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing each child make progress in their own way. She loves being part of those important early years and helping children build confidence as they learn.

🌟 Our Little Learners have been busy making their very own sailboats and putting them to the test!

After getting creative with their designs, the children explored what happens when their boats are placed in water. Would they sink or float?

This fun, hands-on activity encouraged early scientific thinking as the children made predictions, experimented and discovered the results for themselves. 🔍
